Most of what’s written about these airports tells you what’s charted. That’s the part you can already look up. What’s harder to find is what the controller is going to do with you: which arrival you’ll be assigned before you file, where you’ll be taken before anyone turns you toward the field, and which gate you’ll leave through on the way out.

Flying in for the first time?
I worked this airspace at Denver Center before I instructed in it. If you want the arrival walked through against your actual trip, your direction of flight, and the weather you’re likely to get, that’s something I do two ways: a pre-trip briefing on the ground, or riding right seat as your destination guide while you fly your airplane.
